At CP Recruitment Ltd, we have 150 legally compliant and highly trained Health and Social Care employees. We invest in our employees through the provision of social care training at QCF qualification level 2, 3 and 4. This training is provided by the Care Skills Academy which is a CQC top recommended care academy.
Our agency provides 24/7 cover via 01772 562546, Carehires and Venturi E-Tips software platforms.
We understand the needs of vulnerable people, who require support to live their best lives. We aim to provide hard-working, proficient English speakers, who are focused on providing person-centered care. Our agency aims to consistently send regular staff into services we support. This consistency enables our employees to gain an understanding of the daily needs of the person being supported. Upon arrival in Service CP staff will ask about care routines, to quickly gain an understanding of care protocols and individual care needs.
Our rates are competitive and negotiable, however the most important factor for us, as an agency, is the competence and professionalism of our employees.
